We deploy our service using our own city wide wireless mesh network built using carrier grade equipment from SkyPilot. We implement basic firewall services which prevent unauthorized access attempts to our client computers providing an extra layer of security. Our support personnel may be reached via our office number or our support cellphone after office hours.
