Job Opening: Sales Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:
1.) assists Sales and Operations Supervisor (#SOS) in administering company’s Sales Services (such as preparation of pre-formatted sales quote; arranges meeting appointments and product demo for #SOS among prospect Clients; coordinates with concerned parties in completing the required Sales project documentation, and the like);
2.) assists #SOS in the activation of marketing or special events;
– performs related pre-event activities (such as printing/reproduction/and sending proposals to target participants; follow up sent-out event correspondence, and logistic preparations);
– and collate data for post-event report generation;
3.) gathers and updates data needed in company-owned websites;
4.) places and answers telephone calls in a polite manner;
5.) prepares business and marketing correspondence subject to approval of the management;
6.) performs other Sales and Marketing basic roles;
Requirements;
1.) Candidate must be a graduate of marketing or any business related course;
2.) Required skill (s) : basic Sales skills, MS Office, basic English writing, and average 35wpm typing;
3.) Fresh graduates are welcome; with work related-experience is an advantage;
